S-TYPE - PORTABLE BAGHOUSE

Description
S-Type filters are a powerful and effective small static baghouse where there are low dust volumes and low to medium air volumes. They are designed to locate close to the plant or machinery they will service and are generally mounted indoors.
A static baghouse uses gravity to clean the bags once the system is shutdown.

They are portable sytems constructed from galvanised steel. The filter is fitted with multiple needlefelt filter socks. The filter is self-supporting with a low footprint and height and is commonly used indoors

How it works ...
The waste particles are separated in the filter hopper and the air is then distributed to the filter bags.The collected material exits directly into the waste bins/bags mounted in the hopper floor.

The filter is for use in situations where there is low waste volume generation and is supplied based on intermitent operation.

Cleaning is offline which only happens once the system is shutdown.
