The DISA NRS type rotary valves are used to transfer material between two separate systems.
The NRS type rotary valve is modular and robustly constructed in heavy steel plate. The rotor of each module is equipped with an elastic clutch which reduces the possibility of damage in use and maximizes the life of the unit. The rotor has special rubber seals, which provide an effective air lock between the inlet and the outlet.
The rotary valve can be used for most material types, though particle size must not exceed 13mm x 13mm x 13mm.
The rotary valve is sized to individual customer requirements.
Material Separator type NFV is used where a combination of material transport and separation of fine dust from base material is required. The material separator can be built into pneumatic transport systems where pressure-less out-feeding of the base material is required. The material separator can be used for paper, glass-wool, chips etc.
